The Fruity Wocatini
Strawberry-Rhubarb Gin Martini
makes 1 cocktail
1 1/2 ounces gin
1 1/2 ounces lillet blanc
1 1/2 ounces strawberry-rhubarb simple syrup (below)
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into desired glass. Garnish with chamomile flowers.
Strawberry-Rhubarb simple syrup
1 cup chopped rhubarb
1 cup chopped strawberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
Place ingredients in a small pot and heat over medium heat until the fruit is very soft and the syrup is pink and bubbly. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and discard fruit. Let the syrup cool completely.
The Fresh Wocatini
Cucumber-Melon Gin Martini
makes 1 cocktail
2 ounces gin
1 cup peeled and diced cucumber
1 cup peeled and diced honeydew melon
1 ounce elderflower liqueur
1/2 ounce lemon juice
3 fresh mint leaves
Combine gin, cucumber, and honeydew in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and discard pulp. combine strained gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into desired glass. Garnish with mint leaves. (Add a slice of jalapeno for a kick.)
The Dirty Wocatini
Lemon Vermouth Dirty Martini
makes 1 cocktail
2 1/2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce olive juice
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
lemon stuffed vermouth olives*
Combine vodka, olive juice, and vermouth in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into desired glass. Add desired number of lemon-stuffed vermouth olives.

The Virgin Wocatini
Blackberry-Hibiscus Mocktini
makes 4 mocktails
1 cup strongly brewed hibiscus tea, chilled
1/2 cup blackberries
1 cup cold water
1 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce agave
Combine tea and blackberries in a blender. Blend until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve and discard pulp. Combine blackberry tea, water, lime juice, and agave in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into desired glasses. Garnish with lime slices and blackberries.
